We’ll have a kickoff meeting to understand your property needs, budget, timeline and goals. Then we’ll use this info to come up with a plan.
Typically we need about 8 weeks to launch new properties. Design Packages range from 100% done for you bespoke, to done-from-afar-curation for a similar sized home and you are the one getting the products.
In addition to the Design Package, we also offer add-on Advisory Services. This includes downloadable house manuals, contract templates, final furnishings shopping list, guest communication checklists, automation recommendations, and listing optimization. We also provide 1-1 coaching with stories and analysis to guide you in making strategic decisions on marketing, value propositions, and other revenue streams like additional guest packages.
